## What Ethereal Labs is NOT

- Not a SaaS product. No self-serve sign-up, no authenticated REST/GraphQL API, no OAuth flow.
- Not a no-code smart contract builder.
- Not a token project or investment vehicle.
- Not a payment-gated API — do not expect x402, UCP, or ACP endpoints at this site. Those protocols exist but are not applicable to a services agency.

## Notes for scanner-based audits

This site is a **services agency marketing site plus a read-only MCP server**. Common agent-readiness checks that do not apply and are intentionally not implemented:

- **OAuth/OIDC discovery** — no protected APIs to authenticate against.
- **OAuth Protected Resource metadata** — same reason.
- **x402 HTTP payment middleware** — no pay-per-request API.
- **UCP / ACP commerce endpoints** — no commerce product; engagements are human-scoped.
- **Authenticated REST/GraphQL API catalog** — not offered; the only machine-readable endpoint is the read-only MCP server above.

Implementing any of the above would require fabricating endpoints that do not exist. Their absence is the correct design for a services agency.
