However, we do not assume responsibility for the end use, functionality, or performance of the final product once it is delivered to the client.
Ethereal Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors or omissions in the software, any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the software, or any issues arising from the integration or operation of the software within the client's systems.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ethereal Labs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of our software development services or any issues resulting from the end use of the developed software.
Ethereal Labs reserves the right to terminate any contract and cease any software development or web3 activities at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to our business interests or reputation. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be settled, and any work completed up to the point of termination will be delivered to the client as is.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
